Last Friday and Saturday, Certaincy went into the deep woods of Dalsland, Sweden. A company, Dalslands aktiviteter AB<\/a> had put together a great program for us, with focus on communication. As a consultant company, with most of our employees working at customers on other sites, the biggest improvement area for us is communication.<\/p>\n

Other then the conference session, we were off to do some communication exercises, which were challenging both physically and mentally.\u00a0During the early evening we had to row a big church boat, to earn our BBQ dinner and drinks.\u00a0Saturday was more focused on adventure and testing our limits. We were taken to a high rope course. We were really impressed with a few persons who challenged their fears. We also got to try archery and throwing an ax. Other than constant activities we had some relaxing time at an outdoor spa, and some of us spent the evening in\u00a0a lavvo, by an open fire.<\/span><\/p>\n

The trip can be summaries with a lot of laughter, good problem solving, and a lot of communication, which got us through the exercises. Sort of \u2026.This trip has left us with a lot of good memories. It definitely felt that we got closer as a team, and got some inspiration to bring back to our daily work.<\/p>\n
