										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>For students at Chalmers participating at CHARM 2018, we have interviewed two of our consultants that can give you some advice when you are looking for your future employer. </strong><strong>Our second interview is with Erik Nilsson.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Name:</strong> Erik Nilsson</p>
<p><strong>What did you study?</strong><br />
Chemical engineering &amp; Physics, Chalmers</p>
<p><strong>What advice would you give to someone who is now looking for their first job after finishing their education?</strong><br />
Do not focus all your energy on finding a job with a perfect match to your education. There are so many options out there that are just as fun but was never mentioned in school. Do not be afraid to explore them.<br />
With a good employer it is often possible to adapt your assignment at work to your specific skills and interests.<br />
Many companies rely on reports and other documentation in Excel, learn to master it and enjoy an easier life when you finally get your first assignment.</p>
<p><strong>How come you chose to start working at Certaincy?</strong><br />
I got in contact with Certaincy by coincident. I wanted to work at Volvo Cars as a consultant and applied for an opening at another company that forwarded me to Certaincy. I decided to join their team as they seemed to be a good company. They yet have to prove me wrong.</p>
<p>I got the assignment at Volvo Cars. After some time I wanted to change assignment and see something different. Today I work as a component engineer at CEVT at the electrical engineering department.</p>
<p><strong>What would you say is the best about Certaincy?</strong><br />
Certaincy have a very friendly atmosphere and it is always fun to meet the colleagues on company activities.<br />
I like that there are an equal amount of male and females at Certaincy, something that I have not experienced on my assignments.</p>

<p><strong style="color: #555555; font-size: 17px;">What do you work with today?<br />
</strong>I&#8217;m a Project Manager at VCC IT</p>
<p><strong>How come you chose to start working at Certaincy?</strong><br />
I wanted to work at a smaller consultant firm where I could be involved in the company development and at the same time evolve myself.</p>
<p><strong>What did you study?</strong><br />
I studied Computer and Electrical Engineering at Skövde Universtity</p>
<p><strong>What would you say is the best about Certaincy?</strong><br />
The family feeling we have at the company, everyone are allowed to be themselves. We have fun at work and give each other energy.</p>
<p><strong>What advice would you give to someone who is now looking for their first job after finishing their education?</strong><br />
Select an employer that will take care of you and will listen to you. A work place where you are allowed to be new, where you can evolve and have fun.</p>
